Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the keyboard in its original Varmilo packaging, ensuring all accessories, keycap pullers, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
